I've watched several videos (I like the cute little claymation guy!) and really the other person is only there for support when you're feeling dizzy and to make sure the angles are held properly. Piece o'cake. I have my volunteer assistant at the ready. He has some excersises he does but in the mean time he does a medicine called serc to get the spinning to slow down. Like you it comes and goes for no obvious reason.<br /><br />I'd take Krysten's advise and try that physio place out. They give the exercises and help you through them. Both of the people swear by Treloar. I don't know who they saw there though....Kyrstennoreply@blogger.com
